With Customer Lifetime Parts Warranty, repairs carried out on your Volvo are covered for defects in material or workmanship for as long as you own the car.

When you let your Volvo workshop take care of your car, you will be eligible for our Customer Lifetime Parts Warranty. So, letting our expert technicians repair your Volvo using Volvo Genuine Parts will always give you a little extra peace of mind – no matter how many miles you’ve driven it.
Only available at authorised Volvo workshops
Volvo Cars warrants that all parts installed at an authorised Volvo workshop will be free from defects in material or workmanship. The coverage includes the labour to replace the covered replacement part. The warranty does not cover accessories, wear & tear parts, or consumables. There is no coverage for parts needing replacement due to any outside influence.
Terms and Conditions
1. This offer applies to Volvo Genuine parts bought outside of ‘Manufacturer Warranty’ and/or ‘Extended Warranty”. The offer applied to Volvo genuine parts installed at a Volvo authorized workshop only.
2. For Volvo Genuine parts bought as per the point noted above, the parts that need repair or replacement will be repaired or replaced free of charge by a Volvo authorized workshop.
3. The warranty commences on the date of purchase of the parts and is applicable until the registered car ownership is changed.
4. Entitlement to Customer Lifetime Parts Warranty must be confirmed by supplying proof of purchase from the original parts purchase invoice or relevant previous repair order.
5. Customer Lifetime Parts Warranty does not apply for parts bought: Over the Counter Purchase | Bulk Purchase | Parts repaired or replaced by a non-Volvo authorized workshop | Purchases before the introduction/Launch of the program in the local market
6. Customer Lifetime Parts Warranty does not cover: Wear & Tear Parts |Consumables | Batteries | Accessories | Software download
7. The decision of the Volvo authorized workshop would be final and cannot be contested. The Qatar dealer reserves the right to vary, delete or add any of the terms and conditions without notification if needed.
